RETURNS POLICY

FULL PRICE ITEMS:

We offer refunds, credit notes and exchanges for full priced items purchased with any payment method.
The item/items must be returned within 14 days of package received, unworn, tags still attached and in original condition and packaging.
Please take care when trying item/items on as we will not accept items back that have make-up, tan or deodorant makes on them.
We take pride in ensuring that all items sent out to our customers are quality control checked in perfect condition and immaculately presented and packaged so we do expect them to be returned in the same condition.
We are not liable for any damage to garments due to dry cleaning so please choose your dry cleaners carefully.
We are not liable for any damage to garments due to inappropriate washing so please read and follow the washing instructions.
We reserve the right to not accept an item back if we feel the item has been used, worn or damaged in any way.

SALE ITEMS:

Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note. All sale items are final so please choose carefully.
If you are unsure about your size please contact us and we will happily assist with any questions that you may have about a sale item.

JEWELLERY AND HEADWEAR:

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or any jewellery or headwear.

IN-STORE AND ONLINE RETURN POLICY:

Any purchases made in store and online are valid for an exchange or credit note provided they are returned within 14 days of purchase date, unworn, tags still attached and in original condition and packaging.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN FOR AN EXCHANGE:

If you are eligible for a return please contact us. 
Please include your full name, order number and details on what you would like to exchange your return for. 
Eg: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or colour please include these details.

SHIPPING POLICY

PACKAGING

All full priced items are tissue wrapped, however if you are gifting your purchase or sending it as a gift and would like the price tag removed please notify us under the notes section.

CLICK & COLLECT

We offer a Click & Collect service which allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from our boutique. Please note that our boutique is located in Mooroopna. 
If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, this service will automatically show up as an option during the check out stage once a local postcode is entered.
If your order is placed during business hours we will usually have it ready for collection on the same day.
Our team will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard Delivery: $10.60

We offer a flat rate fee of $10.60 for delivery. Free standard shipping on all orders over $150.

Express Delivery: $15.60

We offer a flat rate fee of $15.60 for all express shipping.

All orders placed via our online store are shipped with Australia Post.
Online orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours of placement Monday-Friday.
Please note that all orders placed over the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day.

Please allow 3-7 business days once you receive notification that your order has been dispatched.


Once your parcel has left our boutique it is the property of Australia Post.
Our team is available to assist with tracking your order if it has past the estimated delivery times above.
